The PTO is seeking a lead Homeroom Helper (aka Homeroom Parent) for each classroom in the Primary and Intermediate Schools. This individual will be a liaison between the teacher, PTO, and classroom parents for events such as classroom parties and for coordinated efforts such as teacher gifts from the class.
Being a homeroom parent is a great opportunity to become involved in the FR Elementary Campus Community! As a homeroom parent, you will take the lead to coordinating classroom parties and Field Day, and act as a liaison between the PTO and classroom parents by helping to spread the word about PTO activities and volunteer needs. To support the PTO’s paper-free effort, communication will happen exclusively through email so please keep that in mind when volunteering.
